Companies at idea / prototype / proof-of-concept stages. We enter when convictions are nascent and execution begins.
Size
“USD 0.5–1.5 mn first cheque. Sweet spot: USD 1 mn.”
Follow-on in subsequent rounds of up to USD 3 mn. Capital structured to provide real runway to achieve commercial gravity.
Sectors
“Agnostic. Will look at most everything in B2B. (And most nothing in B2C).”
Increasing efficiency in broken supply chains (like agriculture), modernizing antediluvian industries (a la insurance), energy transition, and tech built from India for the world.
Geography
“Strictly India-centric.”
Essential operations or ties must be in India. “Not equipped to invest in geographies we don't understand.”
